- Receive a decision or request for information.
- Complete initiation if approved.
Basic eligibility
- I am 18 years of age or older.
- I support the Constitution of the United States.
- I affirm allegiance to the Constitutional Republic of the United States.
- I believe in God, a Supreme Being, or a universal Creator.
- I understand that FOCS is a lawful, nonpartisan fraternal and civic organization.
- I am willing to complete required background screening.
- I agree to follow the National Charter, Constitution and Bylaws, lawful National policies, and applicable subordinate-body rules.
Submitting an application does not create a right to membership. Any approved fees or dues will be shown only after National configures them.
FOCS has no governmental authority. It is not a militia, paramilitary force, political party, law-enforcement agency, security organization, governmental body, or substitute for public authorities. Membership, titles, uniforms, insignia, and Minuteman recognition grant no police, military, security, emergency, or governmental authority.
