Who we are

FOCS is a lawful, national, nonpartisan fraternal and civic organization founded in Abington Township, Pennsylvania, during the United States' 250th anniversary year.

What we are not

FOCS is not a militia, paramilitary force, political party, law-enforcement agency, security organization, governmental body, or substitute for public authorities.

Who can join?

Eligible adults age 18 or older who accept the Order's constitutional, faith, conduct, and screening requirements may apply. Military service is not required.

Minuteman recognition

Verified honorable U.S. Armed Forces service may qualify an initiated member for honorary veteran recognition. It is not a paramilitary role or command authority.
